Palliative Care Services

Palliative Care Services helps all those with advanced, progressive, life-limiting conditions.

It includes the care and support provided by professionals, as well as that provided by friends, family and other members of the community.

It identifies the supportive and palliative care needs of both patient and family throughout the last phase of life, making the individual as comfortable as possible by managing distressing symptoms through a holistic approach.

It is about delivering person centred care and continues by supporting loved ones during bereavement.

As someone receiving care or supporting a loved one, knowing what to expect from the professionals around you can reduce anxiety and improve your experience.

Most people will support a loved one through end of life care.

Second to none. I have the upmost respect and gratitude for all the ladies at The Rosemary Foundation. These ladies work from the heart and their care, compassion, empathy, support and communication (all things that I highly value) is priceless. Thank you so much.
